KomaDelete Your Account & Data
Effective as of July 2, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the Koma app (Android package com.wahidev.koma), operated by MDRDev (the "Service Provider"). We honour deletion requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
How to request deletion
To delete your account and data, email support-koma@wahidev.dev from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.
What data is deleted
Once a deletion request is verified and processed, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account identifier and profile information (e.g. email address)
- Your library, reading progress, bookmarks, and in-app preferences
- Automatically collected usage and diagnostic data linked to your account
What may be retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion where the law permits or requires it. This includes:
- Aggregated and anonymized data that no longer identifies you, retained indefinitely
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes), retained only for as long as the law requires
- Data held by third-party services (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase) is subject to their own retention policies — see the third-party links in our Privacy Policy

How long deletion takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Data held in backups is removed on our regular backup rotation. We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.
